Register now for the free Nov. 12 event to cook along with Cleveland’s next top chefs
Culinary and event planning students from Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®) will hold a virtual wine dinner cooking class in November that features the warming spices of autumn.
The free online event will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12. Work along with students as they prepare an entrée and dessert that pair perfectly with wine varietals selected by the award-winning Flight Cleveland wine shop.
Visit virtualwinedinner.eventbrite.com to register for the cooking class. Participants will receive an email with an ingredient list so they can purchase supplies in advance. A link to connect to the Spice Spice Baby livestream will also be sent.
The class will make an entrée of pan-seared lamb chops with fall vegetable medley and a honey balsamic drizzle. Dessert will be baked Honeycrisp apple with a cinnamon crumb topping and vanilla ice cream.
The event is free. During registration, however, participants will be given the opportunity to make a donation to a scholarship fund benefiting Tri-C students at the Hospitality Management Center of Excellence.
